Hip Thruster Machine use.

The “Glutes” is a slang abbreviation that refers collectively to the gluteal muscles, especially the gluteus maximus. These muscles make up the buttocks. Impact now has a purpose built Hip Thruster machine after seeing many members undertaking this exercise using less than safe or ideal alternatives. The Hip Thruster is a great exercise for strengthening the glutes.
