Group Fitness Schedule
//WOD FIT: 35-45min
A work out of the day that changes every day, utilizing equipment ranging from barbells, kettlebells, slam balls, dumbbells, battle ropes, sleds, rowers & assault bikes. This 35-45min class will keep you on your toes.
//HIIT Class: 30min
A hard HIIT class that is designed to get your heart rate going and your lungs pumping. That said this class is for all fitness levels so you can start easy and work your way up
//ABT IMPACT: 30-45min
Abs, Butts and thighs workout, this 30-45min class focuses on all the favourite areas.
//IMPACT S&C: 45min
A class focusing on strength and conditioning elements ie. Barbell movements
Big compound movements, Deadlifts, squats, Olympic lifts etc.
//BOXING CLUB: 35-45min
Boxing for fitness and muscular endurance, learn the techniques and grow with each class
A style of training that doesn’t involve weights or machines — but still strengthening joints, ligaments and tendons through FULL ranges of motion. A high intensity workout to burn fat and build lean muscle.

Such a friendly vibe and you can walk up to any of the trainers and have a chat to them. So much space to do your workout and not be on top of everyone like some gyms.
