Chris McGeary

Chris has been working in the fitness industry for 7 years and have been fitness coaching for 6 years.

Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Chris was a 120kg wine consultant. He was a pack a day smoker making bad decisions with alcohol and nutrition. Chris turned his health and fitness around and lost 37kgs.

Chris has walked the walk and has been through his own fitness journey - and now he wants to help you achieve your health, strength and fitness goals.

Qualifications:
-   Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness
-   Beginner and Advanced Coach in Suspension Straps
-   Recomp Coach (Body Composition Specialist)
